  • If you cancel 14 days or more before arrival, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before arrival, we will charge the cost of the first night, excluding the cleaning fee.
  • If you cancel between 7 and 3 days before arrival, we will charge 50% of the accommodation cost, excluding the cleaning fee.
  • If you cancel between 2 days before arrival and the day of arrival, we will charge 100% of the accommodation cost, excluding the cleaning fee.
